Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everyones Helping Foundation values donor support and transparency.

1. Refund Policy

Donations once made are generally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

• Duplicate transaction

• Incorrect donation amount entered

• Technical error during payment

Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of donation.

After verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled. However, refund may be processed as per the refund policy above.
